Do workers need an app?

No. They scan a QR code at the gate and it opens in their phone browser — nothing to download, no account to create.

Does this replace our safety officer's review?

No. It routes every application to your safety officer; issuing a permit is always their call. The software removes the paper and the chasing — not the review.

What happens if someone doesn't check out?

Permits expire at end of shift, and overdue checkouts trigger automated reminders and then escalation to the site's assigned people — so nobody's left unaccounted for.

Where's the data held, and can we export it?

Hosted securely in Microsoft Azure (US West 2). Your data is yours — you can export it yourself, any time.

What does setup involve?
